Job Description
Joining our dedicated team, you'll build strong, trusting and professional relationships with our service users, providing them with ongoing support. Experience would help, but it isn't essential as you will be given all the training and support you need to do your job. Life skills are arguably more important, as is the ability to stay calm underpressure. Commitment is also vital along with excellent communication skills.
