You’ll be there for all grades of staff – some experienced, others new to this sector – as you guide their progress at every stage of their professional lives, from induction level mandatory training through to NVQ level 3.
You’ll enhance our training and development function throughout your work, as you help to develop the relevant policies and procedures, and to implement exciting new initiatives. Dealing with a wide range of queries and offering expert advice, you’ll aim to continually improve your own performance and that of the Training Department as a whole.
Qualified to NVQ level or above in Children and Young People’s Care, you’ll have previously worked as a child care/residential/support or social worker with young people aged 12-17. Highly flexible and organised, you’ll be able to plan your work, set goals, and motivate yourself and others to meet them.
